These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the UfoneCoin website at https://dailypaisa.pk, our mobile application (when available), and all related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, completing your profile, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. About UfoneCoin

UfoneCoin ("we", "us", "our") operates an online platform that connects registered members with survey, market research, media auditing, and related task opportunities. Members may earn rewards credited to an in-platform wallet based on eligible activity, subject to campaign rules, verification, and availability. UfoneCoin is designed primarily for users in Pakistan and displays amounts in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs).

2. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, if higher).
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information.
• Maintain only one account per person and comply with our device and security rules.
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law or prior suspension by UfoneCoin.

We may request proof of age or identity at any time. Accounts found to belong to minors or to violate our one-account policy may be suspended or terminated.

3. Account Registration and Security

You may register using email and password and/or supported third-party sign-in methods (such as Google via Firebase Authentication). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to:

• Notify us promptly at contact@dailypaisa.pk if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Complete your profile with truthful information (name, username, phone, city, gender, and other requested fields).
• Not share, sell, rent, or transfer your account to any other person.
• Not attempt to bypass security controls, including device binding, VPN restrictions, or fraud-prevention measures.

4. Description of the Service

The Service may include, without limitation:

• Survey and market research tasks assigned based on your membership plan and availability.
• Daily check-in rewards, welcome bonuses, referral incentives, and promotional campaigns.
• An in-platform wallet showing balance, pending amounts, and transaction history.
• Deposit and withdrawal features subject to review, limits, and supported payout methods.
• Membership tiers or plans that affect task access, limits, and earning potential.
• Notifications, activity feeds, achievements, and gamification features.

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time. Task availability, reward amounts, and campaign schedules are not guaranteed and may change without prior notice.

5. Membership, Tasks, and Rewards

Access to tasks and earning opportunities depends on your account status, membership level, daily limits, cooldown periods, and campaign-specific rules displayed in the Service. Completing a task does not automatically guarantee payment; submissions may be reviewed, rejected, or reversed if they are incomplete, inconsistent, fraudulent, or violate task instructions.

No guaranteed income. UfoneCoin does not promise any minimum earnings. Rewards are discretionary and subject to verification, platform rules, and operational constraints. Past performance or examples shown on the site do not guarantee future results.

6. Wallet, Deposits, and Withdrawals

Your wallet displays balances and transaction records within the Service. Deposits and withdrawals are processed according to instructions shown at the time of each request and may require manual or automated review. Processing times (including stated pending periods) are estimates, not guarantees.

• You must provide accurate payout account details. We are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect information you supply.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and supported payment methods may apply and can change.
• We may reject, reverse, or hold transactions suspected of fraud, abuse, chargebacks, or policy violations.
• Taxes, fees, or charges imposed by banks or payment providers are your responsibility unless we state otherwise.

7. Referral Program

If you participate in our referral program, you must refer users honestly and without spam, misleading claims, or incentive abuse. Referral rewards are granted only when referred users meet eligibility criteria defined by UfoneCoin. We may withhold or revoke referral rewards for fake accounts, self-referrals, duplicate devices, or other fraudulent activity.

8. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false, duplicate, automated, or low-quality survey responses.
• Use bots, scripts, emulators, or unauthorized tools to interact with the Service.
• Create multiple accounts or use another person's account or device to circumvent limits.
• Use VPNs, proxies, or location-spoofing tools where restricted by our security policies.
• Attempt to hack, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure.
• Harass staff, other users, or upload unlawful, offensive, or infringing content.
• Misrepresent UfoneCoin in advertising, social media, or referral messaging.
• Use the Service for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal purpose under Pakistani or applicable law.

Violations may result in immediate suspension, permanent account termination, forfeiture of pending balances, and referral to law enforcement where appropriate.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, logos, software, text, graphics, and branding, is owned by UfoneCoin or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

By submitting survey responses or other content through the Service, you grant UfoneCoin a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, analyze, and share anonymized or aggregated data derived from such submissions for research, quality control, and business operations, as further described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate third-party services (including Google/Firebase authentication, hosting providers, and payment rails). Your use of those services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies. UfoneCoin is not responsible for third-party outages, errors, or practices beyond our reasonable control.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or abuse, posed a security risk, or if required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time by contacting contact@dailypaisa.pk.

Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends immediately. Provisions that by nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution) will remain in effect. Pending balances may be withheld pending investigation of suspected violations.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, UfoneCoin AND ITS OWNERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO UfoneCoin IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) PKR 5,000, EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UfoneCoin from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights or applicable law.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to first contact us at contact@dailypaisa.pk to attempt informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pakistan, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the latest revision. Material changes may be communicated through the Service, email, or a notice on dailypaisa.pk. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
